Get a swimming noodle

And a LONG blade ( at least 8 inches, makes it a lot easier)

Cut a piece of noodle off about 8 inches long ( you can always trim it if its too big )

Cut that piece in half down the middle


Then take both halves and cut out the center so the little hole has a 1 1/2 inch diameter.


Bend them and slip em on the inside edge of the knee brace
AND VIOLA
!!
Your skinny legs will no longer wobble around and stock straps will fit
tighter. I recommend not taping them in because it may make it difficult to get your
foot through the hole with shoes on, but thats up to you
